FlowFood just opened its doors in the energetic and vibrant neighborhood Amsterdam-Zuid, the Netherlands. The FlowFood place has enough room to eat and relax, but is also conveniently situated for take-away. The products, ingredients and philosophy of FlowFood is that you feel good about what you eat and also what you leave behind. We provide delicious food, consisting of pure ingredients with a high nutritional value, from fair partners, together with a great attention to a minimal ‘foodprint’. Sustainable ingredients, minimal waste in the supply chain and no plastic packaging. We care about you and our environment!
PURE FOOD
In terms of food, people have lost their way. Food in general has been processed to such an extent to bring the cost down that the nutritional value and the flavor are lost (or artificially created). In addition, the earth is becoming exhausted and the damage caused by the wrong food and pollution from packaging is enormous. On the other hand, good food is easy if you go back to the natural way of growing, catching and breeding (slow food) and let your own body guide you in what you need.
